A: Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs!
Q: what got you interested in playing full contact football?
A: I wanted to play ever since my brother started playing. I would go to his practices and want to be out there with the team.
Q: what challenges have you faced playing on a team made up mostly of boys and how have you overcome them?
A: The boys have all gotten taller and bigger, so I’ve just worked that much harder in the gym. The guys on my team and coaches are awesome and treat me the same as everyone else, which I like. I don’t want to be treated differently. I just want to play football.
Q: What advice would you give to other girls who are playing or thinking about playing full contact football?
A: Try it! Be prepared to work hard and don’t ask for special treatment. Get out there and do it!
